Brittany Schmidt is a partner at Cauthorn Sanders & Schmidt with a broad range of practice areas, including estate planning, probate litigation, personal injury litigation, and commercial litigation. Her practice covers metro Atlanta, including but not limited to Cobb, Fulton, and Cherokee counties.

Brittany was born and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio. She received her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of North Georgia in Dahlonega, where she was a member of the NCAA Women’s Soccer Program and Phi Mu Sorority. She attended Mercer University’s Walter F. George School of Law in Macon, Georgia and worked for the Fulton County Office of the Solicitor General and the Georgia Municipal Association.

Brittany serves as a member of the University of North Georgia Alumni Association, the Atlanta Bar Association’s SideBar Ambassador program, and is a Board Member for the General Practice and Trial Section of the State Bar.

Brittany currently lives in Marietta. In her free time, she enjoys traveling and spending time with her family and friends.
